Mercury Retrograde is nothing more than a frequent astronomical occurance that means that the planet Mercury's range of movement has the illusion of appearing backwards, in relation the the planet Earth's orbit. It is not actually moving backwards but just appears that way. Just as if you were sitting in a stationary car, and another car rolls up very slowly, can sometimes give the illusion that your car is moving backwards. Same optical illusion.
But despite the optical illusion, the magnetic force of the relative backwards motion is still a matter of physics, mass and gravity, and taken in astrology as having an affect on the areas Mercury rules like short term travel, communication, tech, mechanics, and faster thought processes.
Note to Self: Breakups don't mean the kingdom is dismantled or that the empire has to fall. Indeed that burst of energy, once concentrated in the form of a relationship is now available to the community at large, & may be the spark that creates movements! There are tons of examples where we see this in action. Just like the band No Doubt for example. Real
Life example of walking the worlds as an urban shaman....This week I
literally locked myself out of my bedroom. It's a keyed entry lock, and I
left my keys inside. Instead of merely dealing with the outer
situation, I took it as an opportunity to realize an
energetic/metaphysical pattern that had coagulated into material form,
equating this messed up situation called getting locked out. But
deep down inside I was able to take responsible ownership of the fact
that there are some aspects of my authentic self, still locked away,
inside. Those aspects are that which I am picking the proverbial locks
to get back to. Those locks, whether created by me or not, are those
which I have keyed access to. I did not realize this root pattern
sequence right away, and it's still a continuing process. After trying
every method for getting into the door, a natural internal code
hack/password retrieval began to naturally unfold. And likewise, the
door ended up being easier to open than all of my previous rote
attempts. This is soul retrieval 101 utilizing 3D/4D integration. Just a
small tidbit of a larger story, but I just wanted to share this piece.

vocalize, simply, with one's own voice is everyone's God-given
birthright. This was actually the first time I heard anyone illustrate
our natural inclinations of creative expression so eloquently. Myself,
as a dancer, of course feel the same way about deep movement- movement
that is stirred from the inner-soul, and depths of who we are...and
about returning to the natural, socio-cultural capacity to express such
movements (and sound creation), freely and within a safe context. My
hope is that this context and container that sound healers such as
Torkom Ji provide spill over into mainstream societal normalcy, into
hospitals, school yards, churches, and bus stations. Into all aspects
of daily living to help facilitate a society that has a constant
connection to innate tools and resources, beyond the hum-drum, and
definitely beyond wars, external conflicts, and the push-pull of
collective and political pressures.

Today I heard my neighbor screaming just outside my window at her little boy for losing his jacket at school. She said "I'm not made of money, I don't have any extra money, I can't afford to buy you another jacket". She said "I'm sick of all the bullsh*t, I'm tired of EVERYTHING!" She then screamed "you cannot lose things I just don't have the money!"
-Note to Self: Heal the little wounded child within you, who took on the false identities of the adults in pain around you. Stand up and rock out as the Divine self-sufficient powerful being you are. Sending light, auric/emotional shielding, & true Power to my little neighbor friend...
